1/2 cup Oats
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp each of Baking Powder and Baking Soda
1/4 cup chopped raw Walnuts
1/4 cup vegan Chocolate Chips
Pinch of Salt
1 ripe Banana mashed
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Wellnut Farms Salted Caramel Walnut Butter

Preheat oven to 350 • mix all dry ingredients well in a bowl • In another bowl mix all wet ingredients together • Take wet mixture and mix it with the dry ingredients bowl • Make sure all ingredients are mixed well • Take a spoonful of cookie dough and roll into a ball and flatten. Place on a baking sheet. I use a Silicone baking mat but you can also do parchment paper or baking spray. Continue till all the cookies are on the baking sheet • Bake for 8-10 minutes
