Preheat oven to 300° degrees

In a large bowl mix
2 cups Raw Walnuts   
1 cup Oats
1/2 cup chopped Dried Apples  
1 tsp each of – Hemp Seeds – Chia Seeds – Flax Seeds

In a small sauce pan over a medium heat combine  
1/2 cup Date Syrup  
1 tsp Vanilla Extract  
1/2 cup Coconut Sugar  
1/4 cup Wellnut Farms Salted Caramel Walnut Butter

Stir ingredients until smooth and creamy. Transfer wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients. Mix until all dry ingredients are well coated. Place mixture onto a greased baking sheet.  Bake for 20 minutes. Every 10 minutes use a spatula and gently flip ingredients on baking sheet After 20 minutes, reduce temperature to 225° degrees and bake for another 15 minutes Once Granola is done baking let it sit and completely cool.
