We doubled down on the walnuts with this tasty crepe recipe:

1 1/4 C walnut milk
3 eggs
2 T melted butter
2 t sugar
1/2 t salt
1 C flour

Mix the first three ingredients together, then whisk into the last three until smooth. Let sit in the fridge anywhere from 20 min to overnight.

Cook over medium heat, then smother in walnut butter and any toppings you’d like!
