Preheat oven to 300° degrees. Grease a baking sheet. In a mixing bowl combine a
1/4 cup each of these ingredients

-Raw Pumpkin Seeds
-Hemp Seeds
-Raw Sunflower Seeds
-Chia Seeds
-Raw chopped Walnuts
-Coconut Shreds Unsweetened

In a small sauce pan on medium heat, combine

-1/4 cup Date Syrup
-1/4 cup Wellnut Farms Walnut Butter
-1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
-1 tbsp Cinnamon
-1tsp Vanilla Extract

Stir until the ingredients are blended well. Mix the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Blend until all the dry ingredients are well coated. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking sheet. Flatten the mixture down and place in oven for 25-30 minutes. Once done baking, take out and score with a sharp knife into the bar sizes you would like while they are still warm. Let bars cool on baking sheet. Once bars are cooled off. Place bars in an airtight container.
