1-2 Shallots chopped
2 tbs Vegan Butter
2 tbs Wellnut Farms Original Walnut Butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 – 1 cup Vegan Protein Broth from Walmart

Salt and Pepper to taste
• Using a saucepan on medium heat sauté chopped Shallots with butter till Shallots are cooked
• Add Wellnut Farms Walnut Butter to mixture and mix till ingredients are well combined and melted
• Slowly whisk in flour until completely combined and smooth
• While whisking the mixture, slowly add the broth • Add Salt and Pepper to taste

You could also use this gravy to do a Vegan Biscuits and Gravy breakfast by adding some cooked vegan sausage!
