This delicious turkey meatball recipe uses walnut butter to create a creamy curry sauce everyone is sure to love!


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the following ingredients in a large mixing bowl to prepare meatballs:

1 lb Ground Turkey
1/4 C Chopped Basil
1 T Fish Sauce
1 T Red Curry Paste
3/4 C Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
1/4 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper

Mix all ingredients together and form into 1″ balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30 minutes, or until cooked through. In the meantime, prepare the sauce.


In a skillet over medium heat add:

1 T Sesame Oil
1 T Red Curry Paste
Cook for a couple minutes, until fragrant. Then add:
14 oz Coconut Milk
2 T Wellnut Farms Original Walnut Butter
1 T Brown Sugar
1/4 t Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper

Serve with rice, potatoes, or your favorite veggie, and a generous helping of curry sauce. Enjoy!
