Gluten-Free Walnut Butter & Jelly Mug Cake

  • 1/4 C Original Walnut Butter
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 t baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Blend until smooth, then swirl in 1 tablespoon of your favorite jelly, and microwave on high for 60 seconds. Toss in some fresh fruit and you have a perfectly fluffy and delicious mug cake!
